Hi ,

I have updated the app with firebase legacy key and project number. As per the link given in the forum.

http://support.andromo.com/kb/common-questions/airbop-push-message-...

But still messages are not been delivered to device. All i get is every time it is failed. It was working fine previously and Keys are perfectly matched.

Request you to help as soon as possible.

Thanks
Ravitej

    Hi Ravitej,

It's difficult to tell what's happening, however one thing I noticed is that you have a couple AirBop projects using the same GCM API Key. which may or may not be causing a problem depending upon the registered state of the device with GCM.

So what I'd suggest is to get things back to a clean state by doing the following:

    • Uninstall your app from your device.
    • Send messages in your test project until you get to a state where it's no longer registered.
    • Send a couple messages from your other project containing the same GCM API Key but select "Dry run". That won't actually send a message, but should clear it from being registered.
    • Install your app again (containing your test IDs) to register it.
    • Try to send a message again.

    Darryl
